<image:title>The Herd - “Aces Wild” 10-year-old Mustang x. </image:title>
<image:caption>Ace did not have a good start in life. He was abandoned by his previous owner at Bouvry slaughterhouse, doomed for slaughter. Luckily he was rescued as part of Jan Arden's #horseshit campaign and ended up in the loving arms of our dear friends at Circle F Rescue in Abbotsford. Ace is not the same horse that walked through our gate only a few years ago. His healing journey has shown us just how incredible rescue horses are and is a huge inspiration as to why we want to continue to offer new life to rescue horses. Ace is now the fierce leader of our herd. He is one of the most intelligent horses we have ever met. When he is not out exploring our valley, he can be found eating everything in his path and chasing his best friend Cash (our other resident Mustang) throughout our field and keeping the young ones in check! There is not a thing that goes on in our pasture without Ace knowing about it. We love you big guy!</image:caption>
